The AgriBusiness Forum 2015 was held under the auspices of the Government of the Democratic Republic of Congo through the DRC’s Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Livestock, and co-organized by EMRC and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), in collaboration with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), the DRC Fund for Industry Promotion (FPI) and Rabobank Foundation.

The theme of this year’s Forum was “Towards an Inclusive Growth: A Vision for Africa’s Agricultural Transformation”.

    AgriBusiness Forum 2012

    The AgriBusiness Forum 2012, held in Dakar, Senegal from 25-28 November 2012, was entitled ‘Boosting African Agriculture through Investment, Partnership and Technology’.

    The forum brought together many key players and decision-makers in African agriculture, as well as the small producers from all parts of the continent. A large contingent of financiers and investors from around the world were also present to meet with potential partners and to provide essential insight for what lies ahead in terms of the international financing of Africa’s agri-food sector.

    AgriBusiness Forum 2011

    The AgriBusiness Forum 2011 was held in Johannesburg, South Africa and focused on "Engaging the Private Sector for Africa's Agri-Food Growth."

    The forum addressed a number of pressing topics in agriculture and food production, aimed at strengthening the agri-food sector in Africa, by encouraging partnerships, exchanging best practices and attracting investment across the continent.

    The AgriBusiness Forum 2009 entitled “Empowering the Private Sector to Boost Productivity and Growth in Africa” took place in Cape Town, South Africa, from 14-17 June 2009.

    Held in Africa for the first time, this year's addition attracted a record number of 400 participants from 42 countries.
